High-desert web studio — Yucca Valley & the Morongo Basin
The website you should already have had.
We design the real thing first — the actual site, not a mockup — then show it to you. Like it, it's yours for $750. Don't, and you've lost nothing but a look.
See it before you buy it.
Most web shops sell you a process.
We just build the site.
No proposals. No retainer. No “let's set up a call to discuss next steps.”
The site does the talking, because it already exists.
How it works
Four steps. You only pay at the end, if you want to.
You tell us a little.
A few lines by email about what you do and who you serve. No two-hour discovery call. We're builders, not meeting people.
We build the real site.
Not a wireframe, not a slideshow — the actual website, designed for your business. We do the writing and the design. You keep running your business.
You look at it.
We send you a link to the finished site. Open it on your phone, show your partner, sleep on it. Take your time.
Like it? It's yours.
$750, one time, and the site is yours to keep. Want us to host it and handle edits? That's a few dollars a month. Don't like it? You pay nothing and we part friends.
Pricing
Plain prices. Right here.
No “contact us for a quote.”
Most studios hide the number until they've got you on a call. We don't. The site is a one-time price and it's yours — everything else is optional, monthly, and you can cancel or bring your own.
Your real, finished website, designed for your business and built to load fast, read clearly, and be found by Google and the AI assistants people now ask. You own it. Bring your own hosting if you'd rather — that's completely fine.
We keep your site online, fast, and secure, with backups and the boring technical upkeep handled. Optional — host it yourself anytime.
Up to three changes a month, whenever you need them — new hours, menu changes, new prices, a fresh photo. You email me, I make the edit. No ticket system.
We handle the domain registration, DNS records, and renewals so your address just works. Non-premium domains start at $4 a month; the domain stays in your name.
We set up Google Analytics (GA4) so you can see who's visiting your site and what they do once they're there. Set up once, yours to read — or bring your own tag.
We manage the analytics for you and email you a plain-English report every other week — who came by, what they looked at, what's working. No dashboard to log into; it lands in your inbox.
The $750 site is yours, full stop. Hosting, maintenance, domains, and analytics are all optional — take them or leave them, start or stop them whenever. Already have a host you like? Keep it. We'll hand over the site and you're set.
Straight answers
No testimonials. No awards.
Just reasons you can check yourself.
We could've stuffed this page with five-star quotes and trophy logos. Anyone can. Instead, here's the real case — every bit of it you can verify with your own eyes.
You see it before you buy it.
The site's already built when we show it to you. That's not a sales line — it's the whole arrangement. There's nothing to imagine and nothing to risk.
The prices are right there.
$750 for the site, and it's yours. The monthly stuff is optional and listed to the dollar. No quote-on-a-call, no surprise invoice, no upsell ambush.
A real person builds it — me.
I'm Wyatt. I build these myself, here in the high desert. You'll always be emailing the person who made your site, not a ticket queue in another time zone.
Built so people can find it.
Every site ships with the real words on the page — so Google and the AI assistants people now ask, like ChatGPT, can actually read it. Most drag-and-drop sites can't be read by those tools at all. I won't promise you a number-one spot; I build it so you're in the running.
We're from here.
Roadrunner's a Morongo Basin studio — Joshua Tree, Pioneertown, Landers, Twentynine Palms, the businesses and the people who actually drive these roads.
- Do I really get to see the site before I pay?
- Yes — that's the entire point. We build your real, finished site first and send you the link. You only pay if you want to keep it. Nothing up front, no deposit.
- Do I own the site, or am I renting it?
- You own it. The $750 buys the site outright — yours to keep, move, or hand to someone else down the road. The monthly options are services you can start and stop anytime; they're not a lease on your own website.
- Do I have to get on a call?
- No. We work by email by design. You can do this whole thing — from first hello to a finished site that's yours — without ever scheduling a call. If you'd rather talk it through in writing, that's how we like it too.
- Can I keep my domain name?
- Yes. If you already own a domain, we'll point the new site to it. If you don't have one yet, we'll help you get the right one. Either way, the domain stays in your name.
- How long does it take?
- Usually faster than you'd expect — we build first and show you, rather than billing you for months of process. We'll give you a straight timeline when we start, and we don't disappear mid-build.
- Why no phone number or office address?
- On purpose. We're email-first because it's faster for both of us, it keeps a clear record, and it means you're never stuck in a phone tree or chasing a callback. You email Wyatt, you get Wyatt.
- Will this help me show up on Google and in AI search?
- It's built for it. Your site ships with the real words on the page — your services, your town, your hours — plus the business details Google and the AI assistants (ChatGPT, Perplexity) look for. A lot of small-business sites are invisible to those AI tools because nothing's actually in the page. I can't promise a number-one spot — that depends on your reputation and your Google listing — but I build it so you can be found.
About
Hi — I'm Wyatt.
I build websites for high-desert businesses, out here in the Morongo Basin. Just me — I do the design and the building, and I answer my own email.
I started Roadrunner because I kept seeing good local businesses lose work to a bad website, or no website at all, while big agencies wanted four figures and a month of meetings before showing them anything. That felt backward. So I do it the other way around: I build your real site first, you look at it, and you only pay if it's right. The risk is mine, not yours.
I work by email, on purpose. No phone tree, no “let's hop on a quick call.” You email me, I answer, and the site does the rest of the talking. If you want to see what yours could look like, that's the whole next step — just say so.
Want to see yours?
We'll build you a real preview — the actual site, designed for your business — and send you the link. Like it, it's yours for $750. Don't, and you've lost nothing. The whole thing starts with one email.
No call. No deposit. No pressure.
Email Wyatt.
wyatt@yucca-marketing.comThat's the whole contact method, and it's on purpose. Tell me what you do and where, and I'll get a real preview built. I read and answer my own email, usually within a day or so.
No phone, no office to drive to, no form that disappears into a void. Just email — it reaches me directly, and you'll hear back from the person who'll build your site.
